Students enrolled in this program complete a set of foundation Engineering units, core units in Civil Engineering, a major in Offshore Engineering, and a number of option units.

Please note this is intended as a guide only.

Course details

Total points required for this course: 192

All units have a value of 6 points unless noted otherwise.

Students must complete the following (as set out in the table below):

  • The foundation Engineering units - 36 points;
  • The core units in Civil Engineering - 102 points;
  • The core units in either the Civil Engineering major or the Offshore Engineering major - 30 points
  • option units to make up remaining points from Groups A, B, C and D, provided that no more than 12 points are from Group D; and
  • A Professional Practicum of at least 12 weeks.
