This course allows students to combine studies in Chemical and Process Engineering with studies in Economics or Commerce.

Total points required for this course: 252-258
Bachelor of Engineering component: 168 points
Bachelor of Arts component: 84-90 points

Students must complete the following (as set out in the table below):

• The foundation Engineering units - 36 points;
• The core units in Chemical and Process Engineering - 102 points;
• one major from the list below - 24 points;
• one group A option - 6 points;
• A Professional Practicum of at least 12 weeks; and
• A Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Economics component - 84-90 points

Students must complete one of the following majors:

• Chemical Engineering (MJ-ECHEM)
• Hydrocarbon Processing (MJ-EHCPR)
• Mineral Processing (MJ-EMNPR)
