This course allows students to combine studies in Computer Engineering with a broad based degree in arts, humanities and social sciences.

Course details:

Total points required for this course: 270
Bachelor of Engineering component: 174 points
Bachelor of Arts component: 96 points

Students must complete the following (as set out in the table below):

  • The foundation Engineering units - 36 points;
  • The core units in Computer Engineering - 138 points;
  • A Professional Practicum of at least 12 weeks; and
  • A Bachelor of Arts component - 96 points

All units have a value of 6 points unless otherwise indicated.

Note 1: ELEC1302 Power and Machine Technologies is incompatibale with ELEC2302 Electromagnetics and Electromechanics.  Students commencing their degree after 2007 must do ELEC1302 Power and Machine Technologies.
