This course enables graduates from any discipline to develop their knowledge and skills in one or more areas of the mathematical sciences.
Students must complete a 96 point program which can be taken by coursework or by way of coursework and dissertation. Program is 2 years full-time.

Units to make up the remaining number of points as recommended by the Head of the School of Mathematics and Statistics.
A bachelors degree of this University with a major in mathematics, statistics or related subject areas with an average mark of at least 60% in the Level 3 units for the major, or equivalent as recognised by the Faculty.
