The School of Mathematics and Statistics held its first alumni function in September 2007.
Head of School Associate Professor Les Jennings outlined changes to the school and the University since the graduates’ days. This was followed by a message from the Dean, Professor Mark Bush, on the importance of alumni relationships for the University and the alumni.
Some old acquaintances were renewed and new friends made by graduates of the 60s, 70s and 80s.
