The class of 1980 celebrated its 25-year reunion in November 2006.
Fifty graduates returned to celebrate the reunion, some from interstate and one coming from as far away as Sweden.
Professor Mark Bush (Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Computing and Mathematics), Professor Gary Bundell (Head of School of Electrical, Electronic and Computing Engineering) and Professor James Trevelyan (School of Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering), along with alumni's partners, helped make it a special event.
