End of year barbecues

End of year barbecues are organised to celebrate and acknowledge final year students’ hard work and achievements.

It is an opportunity for everyone to take a break and socialise with peers, before knuckling down to complete theses.

The success of these events is made possible by the combined efforts of the

  • University Engineering Club (UEC)
  • UWA IEEE Student Branch
  • UWA Young Engineers (UWAYE) and from
  • financial support from received from our graduates through donations.

2007

Associate Professor Brett Nener (EGA President) and Professor David Sampson (Associate Dean-Research) congratulated all final year students on their hard work and wished them every success in final year exams and future careers.
